Playing in the Grass

The grass was so long that Isaac had to make a path to get through it.





Today Reuben mowed the lawn and Isaac and I enjoyed watching. Isaac loves to be outside playing in the grass. Here are a few pictures of Isaac in our tall grass.




It sure is hard work cutting the grass.

Big Boy

Here is Isaac all handsomed up and ready for church. He looks like such a big boy in his new shirt and shorts. Right now his favorite thing to do is crawl under his toy, he goes back and forth from one side of the toy to the other. He also likes to pull out the DVDs, he has some favorites he likes to look at, and usually its Happy Feet but today it was I-Robot and Lady and the Tramp.

Tissue Time

On Saturday I was dusting and had removed all the nicknack's from our end tables and placed them on the couch. Somehow Isaac got the Kleenexes off the couch with out me noticing and as you can see, pulled out all the tissues and had shredded a few and I think he ate a few. Oh well, he had fun and I got my dusting done.

We have been trying to teach Isaac to give kisses. We think he finally got it, what do you think?

My New Clock

So I have had some requests to see the new clock that I got for my birthday so here it is... and yes we still haven't hung it up.

Anniversary in Chicago

This past weekend we went to Chicago to celebrate our three year anniversary. We had a great time touring the city and wanted to show you all the fun things we did.

DAY ONE

Our first pit stop, Isaac wants to drive the rest of the way.

DAY TWO

On our second day in Chicago we toured the Navy Pier.

The pier was full of sailboats, and had a great view of a lighthouse.

Reuben thinks he should drop out of law school to be a sailor!

DAY THREE

On our third and last day in Chicago we visited the Shedd Aquarium.

Isaac loved watching the sharks.

We watched a White Sided Dolphin Show.

There were many other things we got to see. We walked up and down Michigan Ave. looking at all the fancy stores and even went into Tiffany's (the famous jewelry store). We went to Vetter Price; Eli's law firm for the summer. We spent a lot of time in Millennium Park, which was fun too. Overall we had tons of fun touring Chicago with our friends Eli and Steph.

Whats in the Cupboard?

Sometimes Isaac is really lucky and Mom forgets to shut the cupboard door. Isaac loves when that happens because he gets to find out whats hiding behind the door.

X-Box with Dad

Playing the X-Box is Reuben's favorite pass time and Isaac loves to watch as long as he gets his own controller.

Picture Time

Reuben's parents came to visit us this last week, we had tons of fun with them here and hope they enjoyed their trip. We spent most of our time playing with Isaac and taking pictures of all the cute things he is doing right now.
