Silly New Hat

I mentioned in my last post that Isaac really likes hats right now, well he has found a new favorite hat to wear. Its not really a hat but Isaac thought it was fun to put on his head and I had to take some pictures to show how funny he looked.

A Few Random Pics

Here are some random pictures from last month in Idaho and a few recent ones at home. The first picture is Isaac and his cousin Greyson in the bath tub at Grandma Koyle's. The next picture is Isaac wearing Grandpa Ortega's hat. Isaac has recently become obsessed with hats. His favorite hat right now is Eli Lasleys beanie. When Eli comes over to play Isaac will wear his hat until Eli leaves then he cry when we give it back to Eli so the last picture is Isaac in Reuben's hat. We gave it to him to wear so he would stop crying after we took Eli's away. The last picture is Isaac and Eli hanging out on the couch eating pretzels. Oh I forgot one of the pictures in the middle. That is our great friend Shaun Powell and Isaac giving his daughter Addie a hug.

Called to Repentance

So I need to apologize and explain for my lack of updating our blog. Hopefully after I am done everyone will forgive me. First we were out of town from December 3rd until January 7th. We went home to Idaho for Christmas to see the family. Second we have not had Internet until today. We used to borrow wireless Internet from our neighbor but they finally decided they didn't like sharing so we had to get our own. Hopefully everyone will forgive me and I promise to post more now that we have Internet of our own.

Opening Presents

We had a wonderful Christmas with family in Rupert and Rexburg. It was fun to open presents twice and watch Isaac unwrap his presents and help everyone else unwrap theirs. We were all spoiled and received some great gifts. Reuben and I were given a George Foreman Grill from my parents, Isaac was spoiled with books, toys and pajamas and we received lots of other great gift from my family. In Rexburg Reuben's parents gave us a GPS so we wont get lost in Seattle this summer. Reuben also got a electric razor from me and new shoes. I got some beautiful new clothes and a diamond earrings and necklace set from Reuben's mom. Isaac made out like a bandit with lots of new clothes, toys, books movies, and even an Elmo chair. Besides the gifts we have had a wonderful time visiting family and friends and showing off Isaac.

Playing in the Snow

Sorry to those that check our blog twice a day and haven't seen a new post for a while we have been busy visiting family in Idaho for the holidays. When we first arrived in Idaho there was a few inches of snow so we let Isaac play outside while his uncle Wyatt built a creative snow man. We were also able to spend lots of time visiting family. Isaac enjoyed playing with his cousins Power Wheels and having lots of others his size to play with.
