Dishwasher Helper

Isabella is into everything! The second a door or cupboard is opened she comes running. I was emptying the dishwasher, turned my back for a second and this is what I found. My little mess maker having fun with the dishes.

Packing Boxes

It always surprises me how children love to play with house hold items. Our stack of empty packing boxes has been the children favorite new toy since the move. They love to climb on top and then slide down. Isabella especially likes to climb up one side and then run down the other. Which usually results in falling face first in to the carpet but she dosent seem to mind. I also let them dump out all the packing paper and roll around in the endless sea of paper with some of their friends. They all had lots of fun and Isabella was very sad when we cleaned it all up.

Preschool

Today was Isaac's first day of preschool and he was soooo excited! We bought him his very own backpack and he got to pick it out all by himself. As soon as he saw race cars he knew exactly which one he wanted. He learned all about the letter A and made a cute ant out of egg cartons, and even had apples and apple juice for their snack. What did I do all morning with out my three year old? Cleaned my kitchen, cleaned out the car, and organized the toy room. We both had a great morning. I think preschool is going to be great for both of us.Showing off his new race car backpack



Bella also liked Isaac's new back pack. So much that we might have to go and get one for her too.

New House

Last Saturday we moved into our new house and we absolutely love it! We bought a short sale and were able to get a great house for a great price. Its lots bigger then we need right now but it wont take long for us to grow into our new house and fill it up with all sorts of stuff.

Back to Normal and Back to Blogging

Sorry for the lack of blogging but I have been stuck in crazy vile this last week. Between Reuben starting work, my new calling in young womens, and moving to our new house, not to mention dealing with two crazy kids (whom I love very much). Lets just say we have been busy. Now that moving is all over, except for the unpacking, life is a little less crazy and I can go back to blogging. I will post pictures of the new house soon but for now pictures of my cute kids.

One month of FUN

Here's a little update of what we did while Reuben had a entire month off before work starts and life ends. First it was a trip to the zoo. We had lots of fun seeing all the animals. Isaac even got to ride a camel all by him self. Fun day. Then a week of just hanging out a home before heading to Idaho to visit family. High light of the trip was white water rafting! We had tons of fun with some of our best friends. Now the fun is over and Reuben is officially a hard working man. The kids and I are stuck at home having withdrawals and need to find fun stuff to keep us busy until Reuben gets home from work.
